Recovery Capital and Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care
Recovery is sustained by more than treatment. Stable housing, employment, social connection and community resources, together called recovery capital, predict who stays well after care ends. This session examines how recovery residences, voucher-based recovery support and recovery-oriented systems of care (ROSC) are designed, funded and evaluated. Speakers share measurement tools, rural and urban models, and evidence on outcomes for people on medication for opioid use disorder.
